How are the candles personalised?

Our candles are personalised by incorporating all images and text within the wax, creating a smooth satin-like finish. We do not use wraps, paper, or stickers that can blister or peel.

What is included on the actual candle?

Candles are personalised on both the front and back depending on design chosen and typically includes name, photo, date, and wording of your choice on the back. Candles come carefully wrapped in cellophane or organza depending on design. If you have any questions about making additional changes to our products, please email us on

Can I change ribbon and font colours and other details on the candles?

Certainly, you can customise ribbon and font colours and other details. Just let us know your preferences in the additional comments section of your order, and we'll personalise the candle to suit your needs.

Do you provide design proofs?

Design proofs are provided to catch mistakes before production. Once approved and candles are made, we cannot take responsibility for errors. If a replacement candle is required, the cost of the candle will apply for the additional work and shipping costs. Please make sure you check the proofs carefully before approving.

What happens if there is a mistake on my personalised candle?

Sometimes, mistakes do happen and if an error occurs on our end, we will resend the corrected item free of charge. Please report any mistakes within 24 hours of receiving the item. If the mistake is due to customer error, a cost will apply for a replacement.


What is your lead time?

Lead times can vary, but as a general guideline, our personalised candles take 7-14 days. Please contact us for the most accurate information.

Do you fill urgent orders?

Yes, we do our best to accommodate urgent orders. Contact us via email or phone, and we will advise you on our current workload and do our best to accommodate you.


What payment options do you accept?

We accept all credit and debit cards/bank transfers, Paypal and Revolut


Can I cancel my order at any time?

You can cancel your order before a design proof is issued for a full refund. After a design proof, a 40% charge may apply, and transaction fees won't be refunded.


How much does delivery cost?

Delivery within Ireland is €5.95. Delivery to other international destinations varies based on weight and size; please contact us for a quote.

How much does international shipping cost?

We ship all candles to countries outside Ireland because it's the most cost-effective option. The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination country. For a precise worldwide shipping quote, please send us an email with the candles you need, and we'll promptly provide you with the shipping cost.

Is it possible to collect my order?

Absolutely! You can pick up your order. Once your candles are ready, we will email you the pick-up address in Ballinasloe.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, after your order is processed, we will email you a tracking code and a link to An Post's tracking page.


How can I care for my candle?

Candles should not be exposed to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures to prevent damage to text and images. Avoid contact with liquids, and never leave lit candles unattended. Trim your wick regularly.
